Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is confirmed, the guest will receive a confirmation message or call. The booking is considered final only after payment is successfully received and acknowledged by our team.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 to 48 hours before the check-in date may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the booking type.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may not be eligible for any refund.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or early check-out.
- During peak seasons, festival days, and special occasions, cancellation policies may differ and will be informed at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed after verification of cancellation requests.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5 to 10 working days.
- Service charges, transaction fees, or convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refund amounts may vary based on room type, duration of stay, and time of cancellation.
Modification of Booking
Guests may request changes to their booking (date change, room type, or duration) subject to availability. Any modification may result in a price difference depending on the new booking details.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain discounted or promotional bookings may be strictly non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of reservation.
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control, refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis as per management discretion.
Payment Disputes
Any payment-related disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction. We request guests to share valid booking details while raising any refund or cancellation request.
