- Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before check-in without any charges.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
- No-Show: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Modifications: Any changes to the booking dates are subject to availability and may be treated as a new booking.
